Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Crescent Housewares ("Crescent") accepts returns of Crescent Wire Racks, including but not limited to models CC5-482472, CC5-481872, CC5-361872 ("Products"), subject to the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
- Condition: The Product may be returned whether used or unused. The refund amount will be adjusted based on the condition in which the Product is received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided to process a return.
- Authorized Sellers Only: Returns are only accepted for Products purchased directly from Crescent Housewares or from authorized sellers on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Google. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been heavily damaged, altered, or modified beyond normal wear and tear.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact Crescent Customer Service at info@crescenthousewares.com or call our office at (424) 438-9505 within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the model number of the Product, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the Product.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to a mistake by Crescent. The Product must be shipped to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as Crescent is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection and Refund: Once the returned Product is received, Crescent will inspect it to assess its condition. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the inspection. The refund amount will reflect the condition of the Product upon receipt, including deductions for any missing parts, damage, or signs of use.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of up to 20% of the Product’s purchase price may apply to returned items based on their condition. Restocking fees will not be charged for returns due to defective products or errors made by Crescent.
Defective Products and Exchanges:
If the Product is found to be more than 50% damaged, and the damage is documented with clear pictures or videos, Crescent will, at its discretion, offer an exchange for the same or equivalent Crescent product. This exchange policy applies only to Crescent products.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are not typically accepted, except in cases where the Product is more than 50% damaged, as outlined above. If you wish to exchange a Product under this condition, you must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage and contact Crescent Customer Service for further instructions.

Governing Law:
This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the purchaser resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
